Still far too mild to bother anyone who’s not oversensitive, whether mod or “victim”.
OR people can try to make their points without calling anyone names, regardless of who they are voting for.
I’ve never called anyone names.
If being called a fool is beyond the pale for you, maybe the internet is too rough and you should limit your conversation to safer spaces until you grow a much thicker skin 😄
If these community rules are too hard for you to follow, maybe you should limit your conversation to more relaxed spaces until you figure out that people can actually disagree with someone without calling them names. Cool?
I don’t understand how people aren’t understanding how problematic it is to call you a “Fool”. That’s no way to communicate. “Clown” is way more accurate.
Or, you could simply choose not to call anyone negative names at all. There’s no need to resort to name-calling to make a point, no matter how mad you are that someone disagrees with you.

This would be more impactful if you weren’t getting bent out of shape for being called foolish. That’s about as respectful an insult a person can offer.

I didn’t remove the comment because I am not a mod here, nor did I write the communities rules. If they agreed to remove it because it broke the rules, then that’s something that we have to accept if we wanna stay in the community.
There are plenty of Lemmy communities that are uncivil, and you are free to go to those.
You really need to get over the fool comment being removed. Move on, friend. It’s done.
Accusing someone of trolling is against this community’s rules and spirit. Please refrain from personal attacks.

Whatever you say, Karen 🙄
Not my name, but thank you for following the community rules! :)

Concern trolling… Not really helping your reputation bud.
