One of my main issues with feminism is the lack of addressing issues that overwhelmingly effect women of color. It seems feminist mainly focus on the issues of middle to upper class college educated white women as that is usually who is speaking for everyone.
The biggest irony is the arguments about the gender pay gap while conviently ignoring the racial pay gap between white women and women of color.
There are a number of feminist communities on Lemmy that you’re welcome to join, although I doubt you’ll get very far with arguments that were addressed in the 1990s
