An Arkansas woman has pleaded guilty to felony charges after she threatened in a phone call to bomb the office of Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel Shue said Susan Scott, a 66-year-old Fort Smith woman, pleaded guilty Friday to threatening a catastrophe and second-degree battery of a police officer.

Scott was sentenced to the 78 days she had already served in the Sebastian County jail and a $2,500 fine. Sebastian County Circuit Judge R. Gunner DeLay also ordered Scott to have no contact with Sanders and her family or the officer who arrested Scott. The judge ordered Scott to complete an anger management class within the next 6 months.

Investigators said Scott made the threat on June 14 and continued to make threats against Sanders when officers arrested her at home. She was charged with battery because police said Scott resisted arrest, including kicking and head-butting an officer, and had been held in jail since then.

Living in the state, I think the anger aspect was entirely reasonable.

I saw someone with stickers for her on their car today. I hate this fucking place. I would never threaten a government official. I might say something along the lines of this lady was right. Hypothetically

I literally heard a “they need to speak like we do” just the other day. Not speak the language we do mind you, she was talking about foreigners speaking English but she couldn’t understand them. Then she doubled down and said “yes, I just said that!” Fucking Cunty McBigot

Funny enough ive been told by southern folk to speak properly, now consider the words I choose to write in ya can prolly put together that I speak a somewhat rural southern descended dialect. Actually its closer to three dialects mashed together but thats besides the point. I can never get s clear answer to what they mean by properly since even I am not entirely sure what my accent or dialect is.

I get it. I was in the southwest area at the time, and this older lady said “well you aren’t from around here are you?” Yes ma’am, born and raised. “Well you sure don’t sound like it.” Thank you. My mom ensured we were by no means considered hicks or rednecks. She was a great woman

Funnily enough I speak like a complete hick and Redneck, but that has its own cultural and social reasons. Mostly its to fuck with yuppies, its funny watching them think im some dumb Redneck and then I promptly go on about the economic philosophy of Adam Smith.
