If you’re an American, and want to stop this, it’s going to mean getting involved. That means not just voting, but volunteering and donating as well.
We can just skip all the “If Trump gets elected” articles and get to the point.
If Trump doesn’t lose, we’re all going to die much faster than we expected to. And whatever and whoever you love will be much worse off. We’ve seen it. We know. This is utter insanity that there’s even a question about it for anyone who considers themselves a reasonable person.
Of course, that’s what we said the first time, and, well, there’s a lot of really stupid racist people in swing states, ok?
Dont forget the people who are so upset at atrocities halfway around the world that they want to fire the guy trying to solve the problem and replace him with the guy who will cheer the atrocities on.
Liberals trying to distinct themselves from fascists is the funniest thing ever lol
If he gets reelected, I imagine we’re going to see another surge of people trying to buy an EV before credits go away. Just like last time.
A short-lived surge like that can’t create an industry which displaces the use of fossil fuels for transportation.
Agreed. I was considering a Model 3 back when Trump and the GOP did this last time, and I remember a bunch of folks scrambling to lock in an eligible purchase while they still could.
Not a great move for long term adoptions, but the credit scarcity definitely had the Telsa store buzzing for a few months back at the end of the last decade.
The IRA leverages government funds to accelerate the energy transition through a combination of direct grants and tax credits, which allow companies or individuals to cut their federal obligations in exchange for buying, installing, investing in, or producing cleaner power and product.
Yeah that will not help climate change. Believing a bunch of tax-cut and grant to corporations (who did this to us in the first place) will help with climate change is almost as idiotic as capitalist invisible hand.
