That’s pretty rad.

We drove an hour to a restaurant that we’d accidentally found to be awesome earlier this year. It’s out in the styx a bit. I joked with my partner (who is obviously from another country when you hear her speak, plus non-white) that she should stand up and declare that she’s an immigrant and she’s voting for Harris. It’s sad that that’s a funny joke because it implies that we both know that we were likely in the presence of at least a few racists. The food was excellent, however.

What a great idea. I hadn’t considered this. There’s no chance it will happen with our crazy reverence of the free market, but a sane country would respond this way.
