You’re 100% correct, and it’s kinda sad, really… for so many members of a generation to be so consistently and relentlessly stupid toxic that its name becomes synonymous with “douchebag.” What a fuckin accomplishment.

01·9 months agoI get the criticism about production, plot, and dialogue decisions. I mean, I agree on quite a few of them. But a good chunk of the detractors are on the hate bandwagon because they just can’t stand women/minorities getting representation, and those dumbfucks need to GTFO. It’s Trek, for fuck’s sake. Yeah, Discovery is different, but I still dig the show.

Okay, I lied, it’s always this weird.
The 10F Mastodon instance? Not for Lemmy users, as far as I know. Kbin users do have access to Mastodon content (it’s in the “microblog” section over here), but I’m not sure how to get to the Mastodon instance of Ten Forward specifically. Looks like that instance is private, that’s probably why.
While technically true, one of the two Ten Forwards you’re referring to is a Mastodon instance and is nothing like Lemmy.
