I’ve noticed that about a ton of SCOTUS-related headlines lately. They rejected a challenge to a lawsuit challenging the rejection of the appeal that failed to reject the rejection of their earlier rejected appeal. Takes ten minutes to decipher which side actually won.

I’ve played Dragon Warrior on basically every piece of technology I’ve ever owned that is capable of NES emulation. PCs, phones, Raspberry PIs, all of it. Sometimes with game genie cheats, sometimes clean. I don’t know if it’s been “annually” per se, but it’s almost certainly the game I’ve replayed the most times over my life.

I have a Zenbook 13 (model UX331F), bought new right around the start of COVID. Installed Linux Mint maybe 6 months ago, audio works just fine, and I didn’t have to do anything special, it just worked right out of the box. I had tried Pop_OS before Mint and I don’t remember any audio issues there either.
