Dump configs to backup drive. Pray to the machine spirit that things don’t blow up. Only update when I remember. I’m a terrible admin for my own stuff.

4·1 month agoI use sway, and for the life of me can not get steam link to display my games. I have tried so many things. If I use flatpak steam it works, but it breaks remote play together, which works fine not flatpak! I can get them both to work with KDE Wayland as well. It’s frustrating but also not a huge deal.
7·2 months agoI use my personal computer as a work PC. But I run a VM for the work stuff. It’s great.
This is a great feature! I can finally have both my kids play whatever game they want at the same time.

1·3 months agoI keep getting lost! But then I find secrets I walked by and vacuums I can pet so it’s worth it. But the colours can be really difficult. I find I use the flashlight quite a bit while exploring. I’ve been playing half on the OLED steam deck and the other half on my PC(standard LED) and the colours seem better on the steam deck.

I’ve been tinkering with it lately and really like it as a shiny alternative. Might switch to my primary if I can get some real tinker time. Having a young family makes it hard to have hobbies!
I have an electric car and it’s great. If I could I would really on transit but it’s not really a workable solution in my area.
the game itself is really damned good! Being able to get through the queue though…
Destiny 2 is this behemoth of a game and I bought it and found it… really boring. The gunplay was meh and the weapons felt floaty. The game was really repetitive as well. But the art was cool! Now they continue to be hostile to linux so fuck em and the roach they rode in on!
We bought an EV recently and the dealership told us the Market Adjustment was the easiest thing to negotiate away.
I would just like to see more games be a bit friendlier with settings. Give me some real potato settings or focus a bit more on optimization so I can play stuff without having to futz with settings so much.
