I think every parent of a school shooter should be charged. Kids can’t buy a gun without being old enough and if they go black market where did the kid get the cash? There are so many things a reasonable parent can do that a neglectful parent doesn’t. Also know who your kids friends are, meet them, meet the parents, judge them, judge the parents and the kids harshly. It’s your right as a parent to keep your kids safe. If they are in a bad crowd then do something. Change their school, report any and all suspicions that you have, follow your kids if they go out alone.
