Only the people that matter have the means they have.

I have nothing useful to add here. I just wanted to say that Ted Cruz is a piece of shit.
I already voted so I can’t vote for him either.
I stopped in today after months because my friend is launching a game and I wanted to give them a like and a comment. When I left Twitter my feed was just nerd shit and makers.
When I logged in today it was several right wing advertisements at the top. When I went to search it was more Trump shit. I just wanted to support my indie friend. That’s it for me.
Somebody was wearing their gargantuan, steel ovaries on the outside.
You’ve got to spell and pronounce it slightly incorrect.
I’ve got a friend who was slightly too old when the word yeet became popular. He decided he would use it confidently, often, and incorrect. He still does.
He’s excited to embarrass his kids by doing that with whatever the current slang is when they are 12 or 13.
He thinks Peter Thiel is a normal gay guy. He now thinks all normal gay guys want to pay him to be stupid.
Combat and Gorf are amazing. I may feel that way about Combat because it was the first one I remember playing. However, Gorf is like three games in one so you got a lot of bang for your buck in playtime.
There’s one here in Houston who believes in all kinds of crazy shit. Look up Stella Immanuel.
I’ve had DataTraveller sticks since the late 90s/early 00s. Never given me a problem.
Also in Texas and I was surprised at the line for early voting when I went. Usually I just walk in and walk out because there’s no one there before election day.
Some states (I want to say Mississippi?) have no early voting and only absentee ballots with a good excuse. So yeah, a federal holiday or some provision for time off to vote would be awesome.
Hell, I’m seeing them cast him as one far less often than I’m seeing him act like one.
He’ll just say he didn’t lose.
This is what I looked like back when I jammed with the console cowboys in cyberspace.
You and I would be friends. I’ve got a wide range of hobbies as well, starting with all the masculine ones you listed and ending with sewing, baking, cooking, and crocheting. I also do woodwork, build instruments, work on vehicles, and play music of all kinds. If I thought for one second that you could glitter bomb one of the guitars I built without that stuff getting all over my house I’d mail it to you because I think that looks cool as fuck.
I am not a sports guy myself, but I don’t begrudge anyone their favorite teams (anymore, I was wildly against it in my youth because I was forced to participate).
I also learned a long time ago that I don’t need to be masculine or anti-masculine. If I’m doing my own thing, making myself happy, and not hurting other people then I couldn’t give the slightest shit what someone else thinks.
He doesn’t seem masculine at all. I don’t get it. He doesn’t go fishing, he doesn’t go hunting, he whines and bitches about everything, I’ve never seen him chop wood, fix something around the house, or work on an engine, and I couldn’t imagine him ever grilling on the back porch or building anything at all.
He’s a soft handed elite who has never put in a day’s work, and his only hobbies are eating fast food and bitching. He’s weak. He’s sad. He has no masculinity.
They do, but women break for Harris at 55% to 43%. Men tend to break the other direction by about the same amount.
Yep. I’ve seen folks avoid politics like I avoid football. They excuse themselves when someone starts talking about it, they change the channel if something about it comes on, and they just don’t go to places on the internet where it’s discussed.
I wasn’t ever that bad, but I used to not go out of my way to look at politics and it was pretty easy to avoid. I was much happier as well. But it’s important so I wade through it.
No, no, I read two sentences on Lemmy. That’s enough for me to know what’s best for everyone.
