3·3 months agoI was referring to both to say you can get similar functionality on Sync, but Flipboard has its own charm.
It’s fancy. Sync for Lemmy really lets you customize things, but I do like the default Flipoard flip actions, font sizes, layout. You can make custom groupings of content you want to view. I forget what the branded term is, but it’s like you can make your own magazine and flip through it.
That’s true, but it’s mostly because they’re not where there’s a lot of water. I think op is saying since there’s more moisture in the air, will it ever dissipate, even over land?
I think they mean the action of shouting it at a political rally to drive emotion, fear, and anger. Very trumpian.

11·4 months agoMy wife and I finished a local coop evil durge run this past weekend. We sat there after we quit the game and said “what game do you want to play now?”
We looked around my 700+ steam game library and over a hundred of which have multiplayer.
She says “I’d be down to like… create a new character in bg3 because character creation is fun. I want to make a big tiddy goth durge, but we just played for 10 hours so you only got me for like another 2 before bed”. To which I replied “I want to punch people into oblivion while naked as a monk because I’ve never done something so ridiculous in a game like this”.
4 hours later…
I am not making this up.
We love this fucking game. Different every time.

Some are custom ones with nice grips, but mostly for local couch gaming with multiple friends that don’t have their own controllers.
I have 5 Xbox One bluetooth controllers just for PC gaming
It’s already on PC and android. It’s really good digitally.

It really grew on me. I fell for the art style and lore before the combat. But after I got used to it, it was a really fun departure.
And upgrade trees for my gear with purchasable cosmetics.
Yeah but at this point, I don’t know a single person or family paying higher mortgage costs than the average rent in an area, across multiple northern and southern states.
