That would be huge. Then the debate is back to what is a “livable wage”, and how can you calculate it for differing areas. It would be nice to have constructive arguments again.
My opinion is to break it up, have an overall federal, then state, then urban. Same with any type of UBI scenario since no one thing is going to fit all needs.
It won’t be enough, it never will, but at least it raises it in the few states that have less than or no minimum. I’m guessing Georgia and Wyoming still have a lesser minimum because it just wasn’t worth the effort to change the laws.

Would the main MAGA group shift to support her? I don’t think you can just switch out cult leaders like that. How would she do with policy vs. Harris? What would be fascinating is having a race where someone is going to be the first woman President, regardless, so that is removed from the reasons for voting for them - which it shouldn’t be…I want someone who can be a leader, period. And for what it’s worth, Trump could have been a leader (not a great one, but one still), he got a few chances during his term, even soft ball ones. And he failed them all.
You should read everything she said and not just the title. Context is everything, and she said plenty of other things that showed she wasn’t playing nice but being sarcastic.
That’s not as memorable as a short sarcastic jab that says exactly the same thing as what you said. The real point she was making is that they are preparing for Trump to be Trump. Simple as that.

Are all her policies the same as Biden? I know there’s a few that are shared and some are upset about not having a complete changeover, but I also doubt that’s realistic to expect. Also, is the Presidency the only race, or the only seat of power? Who actually makes new laws? Where is the largest grouping of progressives, and growing?
Lastly…anyone who was looking for a change from Biden and saw Harris as a failure…and then went back to supporting Trump??? They are not progressive at all. That makes a move towards the Green or Communist Parties look sane.

Creating it from electricity is highly inefficient, so that’s why it’s made from other fossil fuels (that in theory would have been wasted). If hydrogen was easily compacted and stored long term it would work, but those are the biggest problems it faces, along with having a much lower energy density that fossil fuels. Hard to beat those carbon bonds without going nuclear.
More a potentially infinite (within human lifetimes) heat source from a still-warm Earth interior. Limited in that you can’t harness it from anywhere other than local.
I stand corrected on part of it. He did vote guilty on the first impeachment article, just not the second for obstruction of Congress. I guess at that point it didn’t matter, as the Senate overall wasn’t going to remove Trump anyway.

The impeachment process relies on good faith of both parts of Congress. The Senate, controlled by Republicans, at first denied there was evidence, then when presented with obvious evidence decided that they were okay with it and no punishment was needed on a verdict already established (the actual impeachment from the House). It’s like the jurors agreed there was a crime, but the judge said it wasn’t a big deal and let him free.
Supposedly Gov. Cooper took his name from Harris’ choices for VP because he was concerned Robinson would try to take control of the state while he was away.
The only reason that episode didn’t get to me the first time I saw it was because it wasn’t realistic enough, i.e. too clean. The comic does a better job. Probably restricted because of the network, although we saw some gruesome stuff even in the first season.
