That band has some bangers
I’ve really been noticing the lack of actual news out of the US the past few months. It’s been incredibly weird. And online I’ve mostly seen Americans apologizing and talking about how they’re gonna wait because «It will fuck the MAGAs over even more»
I’m very happy to see you guys doing this. So you have my support!
Why are you so hostile? Calm down.
This is the first time I’m seeing any major movement outside of when Vance visited Vermont on any socials and media I follow.
Fuck yes, finally!
Jesus fucking christ this is some evil shit.
I wonder where the republicans that take the constitution so litterally are right now? If I understand right, there’s a difference between full on MAGA-cultists and actual replublicans. It’s clear the democrats are worth fuck-all at this point so I’m keen to see if there are republicans with integrety. Or you know, the democrats getting their shit together.
Trump getting elected after this term will result in JD Vance becoming president, I’m almost completely sure of that.
Only thing I’ve been missing while trying Librewolf for a bit is ironically enough, saved cookies on pages I sign into to keep me signed in.
Other than this it feels like a faster Firefox.
I’ve seen there’s ways to keep you singed in on Librewolf too, but I keep wonder If there’s actually a point in using it instead of Firefox if I’m saving (some) cookies anyways.
Thoughts?
Probably, but I’m just exploring alternatives.
Looked i to that one too. Ended up just using Safari.
Not perfect, but at least it’s not a third party on top of Apple.
I’m coming to the conclusion that I should just try LibreWolf and see how I like that compared to Firefox.
Har du noe dypere grunnlag eller noe mer informasjon å komme med å jeg selv kan ta den avgjørelsen?
That’s exactly what I thought and granted so did a lot of people too.
Not the end of the world, but made me want to look at alternatives at least.
You’re right, I know nothing about IP law.
However, I came here to ask for information about using a chromium browser, not a discussion about Mozilla’s choice of words in a TOS.
I dunno how it affects forks, but considering Google’s TOS doesn’t seem to affect other Chromium project that much. I doubt it’s a big of a deal for FF forks.
Hel, I’m 99% sure I’m overreacting about Mozilla’s working to begin with. It just made me want to explore alternatives.
Here’s the quote I’m talking about(it has since been changed)
When you upload or input information through Firefox, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to help you navigate, experience, and interact with online content as you indicate with your use of Firefox.
Here’s the exact phrase they used before changing it after people got pissed about it:
When you upload or input information through Firefox, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to help you navigate, experience, and interact with online content as you indicate with your use of Firefox.
The new choice of words is a a lot better. But it makes me want to at least explore alternatives.
I’ll look into that link later, thanks for sharing!
I could not have said it better myself!
This and the subreddits I frequent are dangerously filled with people whom I agree with and that agree with me. Back in the “good” days when Forums were all the rage I was exposed to a lot more variety and got to talk to people who were worth having a discussion with. Too bad I was a young idiot and the forum I spent the most time on was paintball forum. (TechPB if anyone’s curious)
