  • For those saying they didn’t know about this, it’s because they never actually released anything. They got shut down unexpectedly before they finished any projects. Allegedly there are still some in-development games based on Netflix properties that will still be released on their gaming service, and the service itself will stay up. It’s just the studio itself that was shut down.

My brother in law does this. Gets so close that you can’t see the rear tires of the car ahead, going 80+ mph. He’s been in multiple wrecks, including one where he totaled his custom BMW and almost died. He blamed the other driver (somewhat reasonably, they were drunk, but he was driving like a psycho), and refuses to change any of his driving habits.

He also used to street race in Florida, with his family in the car. No, they did not consent to it, they’re just too scared of him to say anything.

  • Stochastic terrorism needs to have more severe criminal penalties for career politicians specifically. Right-wing figureheads have been getting away with this shit for too long.

We’re now penalizing the parents of school shooters, so if we find out that someone who threatens to bomb a school is a super fan of X person, then X person should face some sort of penalty if they continually put out deliberate lies about said school. We did a version of this with Alex Jones already, just follow through with that logic honestly.

Assassin’s creed is purely fictional and has very little basis in reality, so no, people do not make the exact same argument about Assassin’s creed, because my argument necessarily excludes it as I have said already lol. Besides, Yaskue was a real person. It’s not even historically inaccurate and his origin is explained.

Good example, in Castlevania Nocturne they introduce a bunch of multi-ethnic characters and give them all backstories as to how they ended up in 19th century France. I think that’s awesome, and I love to see the thought and effort being put in there. I don’t want these characters to be white, I want them to have a story.

Historical or alternate history fiction falls under pure fiction imo. That’s fine as long as it makes sense. If it’s meant to be some super grounded realistic historical slice-of-life then it would just make me think “when are they going to bring up the fact that there’s X type of person walking around here” for the whole story.

Not exclusive to black people. If there were a story that took place in 12th century Mongolia and there was some Nordic guy walking around I would be like “huh, what’s his story” and then be confused when it was never mentioned. That’s how I feel about a lot of these creative choices.

Really shows you that their worldview leaves no room for multiculturalism lol. As soon as brown people are let into their country’s borders, bam, suddenly their whole identity and culture ceases to exist somehow, despite still being the majority.
