It’s only in the past few years that “two or more” races became an option on most demographic forms. Even into the early 2000s most demographic forms only let you pick one category so you had to make a choice. The 2024 number may more accurately account for mixed race people but there is no way that 80s number does at all.

That’s not how double Double Jeopardy works (Netherlands also has a different name for it). It prevents you from being tried twice for a crime for which you’ve been acquitted/convicted. It does not prevent a country from refusing to have you represent them on the world stage.

This isn’t the uniform they would wear for actual boots on the ground warfare. These people are the equivalent to the navy not the army or marines. Snipers arent picking Admirals off regularly on their own ships. If they went “ashore” it would make sense to have different uniforms unless they were knowingly doing a diplomatic mission on that particular plant at that time. Then you wear a dress uniform. There’s a reason dress uniforms look different from ACUs.
I think you may need to consider the cost and shelf life difference here. Suggesting “what if they just ate a more expensive vegetable more” seems like a pretty callous take.

All they’ve got to do here is keep their mouths shut and rebuild the damn organization and they can’t even do that…
