I only call things that are tied to Marxist theory by way of identity politics “woke”. Firing people who head giant departments and are doing a poor job of it isn’t “woke”, it’s holding people accountable. If you don’t do your job well, you should be fired. It’s not that hard.
And I’m agnostic, but love that Insta-hate towards people who practice religion, that’ll work out for you in the end. :)
