TLDR: incumbents (largely conservatives, but some democrats as well) oppose rank choice voting and appear to be trying to either block it where it’s on the ballot, or reverse it if it’s already passed.
Oregon appears to be in ok shape to pass and implement it, Nevada sounds like a shit show.
