ADP is showing this on all hr applications now- I’ve encountered it a few times and always hesitate before choosing. I don’t want my resume to go even further down the vortex and feed an AI model but maybe opting out just eliminates you altogether from consideration.
Have you seen this before? How have you handled it?

Do you really want a job at a company that uses AI to review their applicants?
I mean… i like money, eating, sleeping in a house… but i already have a job. Sometimes job applicants can’t be so choosey. And job applicants currently don’t have leverage. Not saying this is a GOOD thing, not at all. Its just cold truths.
I’m sure no one does, but it’s like anything else in modern society: you can opt-in or you can fade from existence. This is reality in the modern era. It’s everything Kaczynski predicted would happen.
