No, the spell is broken when they enter the next phase of the human lifecycle, this is just a brief moment of clarity in the psychosis riddled mind of your average conservative.

The middle class is deteriorating, pay * isn’t increasing in sync with inflation, less kids, less money in taxes.

As far as NHS, well if you’re not overly sick you’re paying too much and most people aren’t overly sick. People who are struggling really get behind the “fuck you I got mine” train when instead they could be on the help me too train.
