She exchanged cooperation with the prosecution in AZ for her charges being dropped, so she’s still “in it,” just on the prosecution side instead of defense.
Edit: At least that’s what I’d read earlier. Kirschner has more specific details about the agreement. Yes, her AZ charges in this case are dismissed in this cooperation agreement.
