Bombers don’t fly over your head and spray mini bombs like that. They lob the 500 kg bomb from 50 km away and skedaddle, and the bomb glides the rest of the way using folding wings.
That picture is from combat in Syria in 2017. That’s still accurate to today. They still drop bombs like that, they aren’t all glide bombs.
